Агентство нерухомості Ріелтор

The site greets you with a dense catalogue and immediately immerses you in the search — no distracting banners or unnecessary elements. The filtering logic is well thought out: you can quickly narrow down listings by a specific micro-district (from 'Bam' to 'Centre'), choose new builds or secondary market, and even set area and price ranges. The property cards are concise: floor, number of rooms, square footage, price in dollars, and a short description — exactly what you need for initial screening.

The review section is arguably the strongest feature. Clients name specific agents, thanking them for their support, speed, and human touch even in difficult circumstances (internally displaced persons from Kherson, demanding tenants). This is living social proof that works better than any marketing copy. Meanwhile, sections like 'Why choose the agency' are informative but somewhat overloaded with self-promotion and feel slightly out of sync with the rest of the tone.

The main disappointment is the technical execution. The page looks as if it were frozen in the mid-2010s, and the repetition of identical reviews several times in a row hints at sloppy administration. Contact options are limited to phone numbers, whereas in 2025 you'd expect at least a messenger button or a map with property locations. However, if you overlook the visual side, the site handles its direct task — providing an up-to-date database of Ivano-Frankivsk real estate — without unnecessary noise.
