Detailed review
Brief opinion
« Dakh Komplekt+ is an online store offering a wide range of roofing materials and services in Odesa. The site features a clear catalog with prices, though the homepage feels cluttered. Live chat and detailed return policies build trust, but the design appears dated. »
Dakh Komplekt+ greets visitors with a comprehensive catalog of roofing materials – from metal tiles to composite shingles and membranes. The assortment is genuinely impressive: over 3,000 items covering nearly every roofing need. Prices are listed directly on product pages, allowing immediate budget assessment. A separate services section offers plasma cutting and maintenance, which is handy for professionals.
Navigation is logical: categories are well grouped, and sorting filters are available. However, the homepage is overloaded – it immediately prompts login or registration, which can distract new users. The design feels somewhat outdated, but functionality remains solid. Contact details are present, though there is no map – only an address and phone number. Fortunately, the JivoSite live chat and callback button compensate for the missing map.
Return and warranty conditions are explained in detail, adding transparency. Custom-made items are non-returnable, which is standard practice. Overall, the site fulfills its purpose: helping users find and order roofing materials in Odesa. Recommended for those who value a wide selection and don’t mind a conservative interface.
