Detailed review
Brief opinion
« A Lviv-based moving company website with 9 years of experience, offering a full range of relocation services from packing to furniture assembly. The resource stands out with detailed process descriptions, transparent terms, and live chat availability. It gives an impression of a reliable local service, though an online cost calculator is missing. »
The NOVO-moving website immediately signals that this is not a fly-by-night crew but a company with a track record. The homepage greets you with a clean grid of services — from apartment moves to waste removal — each leading to a dedicated landing page packed with detailed, almost instructional content. It’s clear the team aims to answer every possible question before you even pick up the phone.
The apartment moving page deserves special mention. It covers everything: packing materials, the challenges of Lviv’s old buildings without elevators, and a step-by-step workflow from assessment to furniture assembly. Mentions of their own vehicle fleet, official contracts, and 9 years of experience build trust, while the FAQ section acts as a helpful filter for hesitant customers. I also appreciate that they display real client reviews — typos and all — which feel authentic rather than polished marketing copy.
Technically, the site isn’t flawless but is perfectly functional for a local service. The menu is logical, contact details are visible on every page, and the messenger buttons (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram) make it easy to reach out without dialing. The main shortcoming is the absence of even a rough online calculator. You have to call or wait for an on-site estimator, which in an age of instant decisions might turn away some potential clients.
Overall, the resource leaves an impression of an honest, slightly conservative, but very thorough approach. If you’re looking for a mover in Lviv that won’t disappear after a prepayment, this site is worth a serious look.

What the site offers
The company provides apartment, office, intercity, and international moves, as well as loader services, rigging, furniture and piano transportation, cargo taxi, waste removal, and packing materials. All services are backed by official contracts, an in-house vehicle fleet, and a free estimate.
Best suited for
Private individuals planning residential moves in Lviv and the region; business clients (offices, IT companies); and anyone needing one-off freight transport or heavy lifting.
Strengths
- Exhaustive service descriptions with step-by-step explanations of the moving process, reducing client anxiety.
- Strong local expertise highlighted: the site addresses Lviv-specific challenges like narrow staircases, old elevators, and tight courtyards.
- Multi-channel communication: two phone lines, email, and WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram buttons for instant messaging.
Potential weaknesses
- No online calculator for instant cost estimation — only a free consultation, which may be inconvenient for quick price comparisons.
- Client testimonials are published without proofreading, containing typos that slightly detract from the otherwise neat presentation.
