Brief opinion
« The personal website of psychologist Veronika Chelovyan offers professional online therapy for adults, children, and parents. The platform leaves a strong positive impression due to its transparent structure, clear pricing, and well-defined session guidelines. Complex therapeutic methods are explained in plain language alongside real anonymized case studies. It is a reliable, user-friendly space for seeking structured mental health support remotely. »
The website welcomes visitors with a calm, pastel visual identity and a thoughtful content structure that fosters a sense of safety and trust. Rather than using vague promotional claims, the homepage immediately outlines specific areas of expertise, ranging from anxiety and relationship burnout to specialized support for children with ADHD and adoptive families.
A major highlight of the platform is the practitioner's openness. Visitors can easily verify credentials, including 12 years of experience, higher education background, completed supervision hours, and personal therapy history. The 'Methods in Plain Language' section effectively breaks down techniques like CBT, ACT, and psychoanalysis into accessible terms without overwhelming the reader with clinical jargon. Furthermore, fixed prices, session durations, and exact cancellation terms are disclosed up front.
From a usability perspective, the site is logically organized with direct Telegram integration, a comprehensive FAQ section, and an insightful blog. While some clients might prefer in-person appointments at a physical clinic, the strictly online consultation model is clearly defined and offers excellent scheduling flexibility for remote clients globally.
